GOODS: The hearing instruments and other products that we are selling to you as set out in the order.
These are the terms & conditions upon which we supply the goods to you. Please make sure you read the terms carefully before signing the order agreement
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the availably of the goods. We will contact you as soon as South Coast Hearing Care Ltd has received the delivery. This will usually be within 7 days for stock products or 14 days for custom products from the date of order.
The price of the goods is stated on the quotation and/or invoice. Unless otherwise specified the price of the goods is payable by way of an initial 50% deposit on ordering with the remaining balance payable at the fitting appointment.
Your hearing aid(s) are supplied to you with our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of the fitting appointment for a refund. All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. You will be liable for any hearing aids that are damaged or are returned outside of this 30 day agreement. Money-back guarantee applies to hearing aids only and excludes professional services costs of £150 and the price of earwax removal where provided.
Your goods come with a minimum of a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Any faults arising with the hearing aids not caused by user misuse will be repaired under this warranty free of charge. After the third party manufactures guarantee has expired repairs will incur the company repair charge.
The price of the hearing instruments and other products does not include as South Coast Hearing Care is not VAT registered.
We will provide you with an initial aftercare appointment approximately 2 weeks after the fitting appointment. After the initial fitting a period of adjustment is required. Further appointments are available upon request. You will be seen for a hearing review and hearing aid check up every 12 months or sooner on request.
All hearing aid audiologists must be registered with the Health Care Professions Council and are required to follow their strict code of conduct, performance and ethics. For full details please go to www.hcpc-uk.org
